Who We Are
Giga138 is an online entertainment platform founded with one clear goal — to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming experience to Malaysian players. We understand that trust cannot be bought; it must be earned step by step through actions, not promises.
From day one, Giga138 has prioritised member data security, full transaction transparency, and uncompromising game quality. Our platform offers access to hundreds of slot games, live casino with real dealers, sports betting, bingo, and more — all within a clean, easy-to-use interface on both desktop and smartphone.
We are proud to be the top choice for thousands of active players across Malaysia. Their trust is our greatest motivation to keep improving our service quality, expanding our game collection, and ensuring every ringgit wagered is protected by a transparent and reliable system.
Giga138 operates under a recognised international licence, with all games powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology certified by independent testing bodies. This means every slot spin, every blackjack hand, and every roulette round is completely random — no manipulation, no cheating.

The Giga138 Journey
Giga138 was not built overnight. It is the result of hard work by a team that truly understands what Malaysian players want — and keeps striving to deliver it better every single day.
An Idea Born from a Real Need
The founding team of Giga138 comprises individuals with extensive experience in the online entertainment industry. They recognised that Malaysian players at the time had no local platform that truly prioritised convenience, security, and culturally relevant content.
Building a Solid Foundation
Before opening the platform to the public, the Giga138 technical team spent months ensuring that the security infrastructure, payment systems, and game integrations all functioned flawlessly. No shortcuts were taken in this process.
Giga138 Opens to Malaysian Players
The Giga138 platform officially launched with an initial game collection from the world's leading providers. The response far exceeded initial expectations — confirming that the need we identified was real and substantial.
Expanding the Collection & Services
Driven by positive member feedback, Giga138 continues to add new game titles every week, introducing live casino with real dealers, an integrated sports betting platform, and a more structured VIP loyalty programme.
A Growing Player Community
Today, Giga138 has hundreds of thousands of active members who trust our platform for their online entertainment. We continue to invest in technology, security, and new content to ensure you always get the best.
Giga138 Core Values
Behind every decision we make is a set of core values that guide Giga138's direction. These are not just slogans on an office wall — they are principles we genuinely live by in the daily operation of this platform.
Integrity means we never alter any terms or conditions without clear prior notice to our members. Transparency means the RTP of every game is publicly displayed, game history can be reviewed at any time, and all transaction fees are clearly stated before you make a decision.
Responsibility is the value we hold closest. giga138 provides a full suite of responsible gaming management tools — daily deposit limits, loss limits, mandatory cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options — because we believe healthy entertainment starts with control in the hands of the player.
Our Approach to Malaysian Players
Giga138 is designed with an understanding that Malaysian players have unique preferences. We know that convenient local payment options matter — which is why we support FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers with no complicated intermediaries.
We also understand that an overly complicated interface only creates friction. The Giga138 dashboard is designed to be clean and intuitive — you can find games, check your balance, make a deposit, and reach customer support in under a minute without hunting for hidden buttons.
On the content side, we actively add games tailored to Asian player tastes — dragon and angpau-themed slots, baccarat with Malay-speaking dealers, and local sports betting events like the Malaysia Super League and Premier League. This is not a generic platform copy-pasted from the European market — Giga138 is built for you.
Our customer support team also operates in Bahasa Melayu. No need to worry about miscommunication or having to speak in a foreign language just to resolve account issues or game-related enquiries. Our team understands the local context and is ready to assist in the most straightforward way possible.
